WHAT’S SO SPECIAL ABOUT BREVARD COUNTY?

I have lived here just 27 years and have formed some opinions particularly about that part of Brevard County South of Rockledge and Cocoa Beach that I loosely call South Brevard; and, luckily as does everyone else.
